  • The Professional Equality Index or Gender Equality Index is a device that allows companies to calculate the share of men and women in their company. This Index was implemented in 2019 to measure salary inequalities within companies with at least 50 employees. Each structure must transmit its equality index.

    In order to fight against unjustified pay gaps, to move towards equal work and to make performance and efforts transparent, Eduservices communicates its gender equality index for its different companies, which includes 5 indicators such as: the pay gap, the individual increase gap, the promotion gap, the percentage of employees receiving an increase after returning from maternity leave and the number of employees of the under-represented gender in the 10 highest paid positions 

    This index is calculated within our different brands as a percentage comprising the 5 assessment criteria: 

    • National brands: we achieve an index of 94% for ECOTEC, 99% for Eduservices and 64% for ISCOM. 
    • Regional brands: 98% for AFTEC Multimedia, 86% for AFTEC, 94% for Conseil Formation Qualification, 80% for ESPL, 79% for IPAC and 70% for La Compagnie de Formation
